UAE-first · built for NRI families

Every document your family owns. One private vault.

Scan a passport once. LegacySave reads every field, tracks every expiry date, and keeps it where your family can reach it, from Dubai to Kochi to Toronto.

The vault

Point the camera. Watch the fields fill themselves.

Emirates ID, passport, licence, visa, tenancy contract, PAN card. Names, numbers and dates are pulled out and filed for you. No typing, no spreadsheets.

I

Read on machines we own

Scanning runs on our own servers. Your documents are never handed to a third-party AI service.

II

Encrypted in storage

Files, document numbers and names are encrypted where they are stored, not just while they travel.

III

Yours to take with you

Download any document at any time. No lock-in, nothing held hostage.

How it works

Four steps, and the drawer never rules your life again.

01

Scan

Point the camera. A passport takes a few seconds.

02

Extract

Names, numbers and dates are read and filed. Passport code lines are decoded exactly, never guessed.

03

Share

Invite the people who need it, one document at a time. Nobody gets the whole vault by accident.

04

Relax

Reminders at 180, 90, 30, 7 and 1 day, for every member of the family.

Tap the tabs. This is the app’s real design.

Inside the app

Built so your parents can use it. Sharp enough that you will.

Big type, one scan button, and every expiry turned into a countdown the whole family can see.

I

One glance, every deadline

Each document wears its own countdown. Amber means start the renewal. Green means relax.

II

A tab for the family

See who holds what, invite with a code, and manage a parent’s paperwork from your own phone.

III

Alerts that reach everyone

When a document is added or a renewal is due, the whole family’s phones hear about it, not just the person who scanned it.

Features

Made for the paperwork of a two-country life.

Attestations, consulate appointments, a cousin’s visa file. The admin of being far from home, handled in one place.

Expiry radar

Every date becomes a countdown.

Reminders at 180, 90, 30, 7 and 1 day, to every member of the family. A renewal still open a month out escalates to the family owner too.

Knows the forms

Each document type gets its own fields.

Shared, not exposed

Give your brother the visa file without handing over the whole vault. Permissions are per document.

Renewals with a name on them

Each deadline becomes a task assigned to whoever handles it, plus a monthly digest of what is coming up.

Locked to you

Face ID on the app, approval required for every new device, and two-factor sign-in when you want it.

Questions get a reply from a human, not a bot. Write to support@legacysave.space.

Built for two-country families

A father in Dubai, a daughter in Toronto, parents in Kochi. Different documents each, one family vault.

Start your family vault

What changes in the first week.

LegacySave keeps chasing each renewal until someone in the family actually does it.

One evening
and the drawer is done

Photograph what is in the folder tonight. The fields fill themselves as you go.

Every date
in one place

The expiries you are currently tracking in your head, listed, watched and shared.

One less call
asking where the file is

Your family finds what they need without waking you up in another timezone.

Sound familiar?

The moments this was built for.

Consulate day

The appointment needed a birth certificate. The right copy was in a drawer in Kochi.

Renewal season

Four passports in one family, four different expiry dates, all tracked in one person’s head.

The late call

“Where is Dad’s Emirates ID?” asked at 11pm from another timezone.

Moving house

The tenancy contract from two apartments ago, needed today, found nowhere.

School admission

Attested copies, again. Which folder has the ones with the stamp?

Visa file

Your brother needs the visa page, not the whole vault. Share exactly that.

The WhatsApp group

Important documents travelling as photos in a chat, quality falling with each forward.

For the parents

Set up their documents from your phone. They just tap the one big scan button.

Insurance claim

The policy paper surfaces in minutes, not after a weekend of searching.

Peace of mind

Every expiry watched, every reminder sent to the whole family. Nothing lives only in one head.

Three generations of one family together
Our story

It started with a missed consulate appointment.

A four-hour drive to Abu Dhabi, a queue, and the wrong copy of a birth certificate. The right one was in a drawer in Kerala. We rebooked for six weeks later.

That’s the part of expat life nobody warns you about: your family’s most important papers live in three cities, two languages and one increasingly worried WhatsApp group.

LegacySave is what we built so it never happens again: a vault our parents can actually use, and our children will inherit.

Pricing

Free while we are still building it.

LegacySave is in early access. Everything works and it costs nothing. A paid family plan comes later, and the people on this list get the founder's price, held for their first year.

We will only email you about the launch. No other use, and you can unsubscribe from any message. See our privacy policy.

FAQ

The questions families ask first.

Who can read my documents?

Your files are encrypted in storage, and scanning runs only on servers we own and operate. Your documents are never sent to a third-party AI service. To be straight with you, this is not a zero-knowledge system: watching expiry dates and filling in fields means our servers can decrypt what you store. What we promise is that nothing is sold, shared, or used to train anything, and that access is limited and logged.

Where does it run?

The app runs on infrastructure we administer ourselves, and document reading happens on our own machines rather than on a big AI platform. Files are encrypted before they are written to storage.

What happens if I stop paying?

There is nothing to pay yet, and while we are building, everything is free. When a paid family plan does arrive, this is the promise: your vault stays readable and you can download everything you have put in it, every original scan, whenever you want. No lock-in.

Can my parents actually use it?

That was the design constraint. Big type, one button to scan, and you can set up their documents from your own phone and share access back to them.

What about a family spread across countries?

That is the normal case, not the edge case. A father in Dubai, a daughter in Toronto and parents in Kochi need different papers. Each person gets their own list, and the India-side documents everyone shares sit in one place.

Which phones does it work on?

iPhone today. Android is on the roadmap and the app is built so it can follow.
